Description:
Add a highly collectible piece of Upstate New York agricultural history to your display with this authentic vintage Zenda Farms 1/4 pint glass milk bottle. Hailing from the historic and technologically advanced Zenda Farms in Clayton, N.Y. (located in the beautiful Thousand Islands region), this tiny bottle is also historically referred to as a "gill" size and was primarily used for bottling heavy cream or school milk.
This bottle features vibrant orange ACL (Applied Color Labeling) pyroglaze graphics that are remarkably bright and clean on both sides:
  • Front: Features a cream can graphic wrapped in a diamond emblem that reads "Store Zenda Farms Quality Products Clayton New York Golden Guernsey Trade Mark".
  • Back: Features a diamond emblem reading "Store Zenda Farms Golden Guernsey Clayton N.Y.".
Product Features:
  • Rare 1/4 Pint / Gill Size: Small, distinct, and highly sought-after variant compared to standard pints or quarts.
  • Two-Sided Pyroglaze Labeling: The striking orange enamel lettering remains sharp, colorful, and fully readable.
  • Thick Clear Glass Construction: Showcases the heavy, classic mold lines of mid-20th-century commercial dairy production.
  • Rich Regional History: Zenda Farms was established in 1915 by Shakespearean actor James K. Hackett and later developed by Merle Youngs in 1939 into a world-class, model Golden Guernsey dairy farm
