Bring a touch of retro mid-century charm to your office, library, or classroom with this authentic vintage Rand McNally Map of the World metal wastebasket. Lithographed on sheet metal by the renowned J.L. Clark manufacturing company, this oval trash can features a vibrant teal ocean backdrop accented by classic yellow and green continents.
A fantastic conversation piece for collectors of vintage cartography, geography buffs, or those curating a dark academia or retro aesthetic. The map captures a fascinating snapshot of historical geopolitics, prominently featuring the Soviet Union (USSR) across Eurasia. It features a solid burgundy color block accentuating the vertical seam.
