Vintage Metal Slotted Spatula with Painted Wooden Handle
Couldn't load pickup availability
This is a 12" x 2.5" vintage metal slotted spatula with a painted wooden handle. The metal blade is stainless steel which has developed a significant, dark patina and surface wear consistent with age and use. The blade is flat, long, and features multiple slots to allow grease or liquids to drain, a design often associated with flipping foods like fish, pancakes, or burgers.
The handle is made of wood and exhibits a distressed, "chippy" paint finish, with remnants of red, green, and cream colors visible. The paint is heavily worn in many places, enhancing its rustic, primitive aesthetic. The handle has a classic "bullet-style" or tapered design, and a small hole at the end suggests it was designed for hanging. A bent metal connection secures the wooden handle to the blade.
