Rosé Wine Jelly

This wine jelly is very fun. Starting with a dry Rosé Wine, the addition of fresh strawberry and peaches gives this wine jelly a tutti-frutti like finish.

Serving Ideas:
Use on fresh fruit. As a marinade or sauce on chicken, fish and pork dishes. Great as a spread on toast . Delicious sauce when warmed slightly and served over pancakes, waffles or ice cream.

Pair or combine with creamy or salty cheeses. Especially good with a creamy cheddar.
