Alabaster Heart Trinket Dish

This vintage, heart-shaped, Italian alabaster, trinket box has a hand-painted lid.  These mid-century collectibles are crafted from genuine alabaster, a natural stone prized for its smooth, translucent quality and soft, marbled appearance.

The design features a whimsical landscape centered around a stylized tree with colorful, rounded foliage in shades of lavender and blue. The artwork is further enhanced with gilded gold accents that outline the tree and landscape, providing a classic, sophisticated aesthetic. Each piece is unique due to the hand-applied brushwork and the natural variations found within the carved stone.
