12 Hole Sugar Mold

Sugar molds generally take the form of a long solid block with a series of depressions into which raw sugar cane syrup could be poured.  Once it dried, the syrup formed a raw brown sugar cone, which was how sugar was once sold to customers. These are a natural part of the bowl that have been made from raw wood. Size, color and shape will vary. We do try to minimize these for each bowl. However, we cannot guarantee your bowl will not have any of these character marks. Each bowl is unique and difference in size.
